Our team is led by David Humphreys BSc MRICS who qualified from the University of Central London in 1987, and later became professionally qualified with RICS in 2001.  For many years he worked with Building Control in London, Oxford and Shropshire whilst simultaneously running a part time business in building design.

He formed his own private practice in 2003 and is able to call on a wealth of previous experience

in varied projects including hi-tech commercial buildings, retail properties, listed properties, together with home buildings and extensions. 

Our team includes graduate surveyor Stephen Latham BSc who has recently joined us after graduating from University of Brighton in 2008, who brings with him creative and new ideas to enhance our designs. 

We also have additional support from our structural engineer, landscape architect and architectural technologists.

We are trained problem solvers!  If you need more room for your growing family we can maximise the space available in your home so you won’t have to move.  We can work with limited budgets, maximise development potential, and propose ways to get more from your property or land than you may have thought possible!
